In her role as Administrative Assistant II, Molly welcomes guests with a calm, professional presence, answers questions about badging, hangars, the hangar waiting list, billing, or anything else a tenant, guest, or visitor may need to know. She quickly connects visitors to the right staff member, ensuring every interaction starts smoothly and leaves a positive first impression.
Born and raised in San Mateo County, Molly brings a deep connection to the community she serves. She studied Business at the College of San Mateo and has proudly supported the County of San Mateo for more than 20 years. Her career began in Revenue Services and has since included roles with the Human Services Agency, Public Works, and the County Executive’s Office, experience that gives her a unique, countywide perspective when helping pilots, tenants, and neighbors at the front counter.
At the airport office, Molly is the steady hand that keeps the lobby moving: she listens, clarifies next steps, and guides guests to the right resources without delay. Whether you’re renewing a badge, asking about hangar availability, or visiting for a meeting, Molly’s goal is simple, make your visit efficient, welcoming, and helpful from the moment you walk in.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends, sharing a meal, catching a movie, or exploring local trails. That hometown spirit carries into her work, where her kindness and professionalism reflect the values of the County and the airports we operate.
